What language/print are the products?
All products we carry will be in North American English unless otherwise stated.

When should I expect my order to be shipped?
All pre-orders will be shipped on the official release day, all other orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after payment has been received. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details. 

Will my pre-order get canceled if the items go up?
All pre-orders placed through us are 100% guaranteed and will be honored regardless of a price increase. Please refer to our Pre-Order Policy for more details. 

What happens if my item gets lost or damaged in the mail?
If your order gets lost or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@gamerschoice.com for resolution.

Can I change my address after placing the order?

You will have a 48-hour window after placing your order to make any necessary updates, such as changes to your address, name, or email. During this time, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests. However, please note that after this period, we may not be able to guarantee these changes. Thank you for understanding!
